**Warranty Disclaimer** Johney on the Spot Marine Repair warrants its services against defects in workmanship for a period of [90 days] following the completion of the service. This warranty does not cover: * Normal wear and tear * Parts not covered by the manufacturer's warranty * Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accident. * Cosmetic defects * And only covers fuel-related systems for 30 days. Johney will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective workmanship covered by this warranty. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Johney is not liable for any consequential damages.
